A historic home in desperate need of repair
This project includes a complete overhaul of both the interior and exterior. Out of compliance with HPOZ requirements, Zelda was enlisted to represent the client throughout the redesign and presentation of this 1930’s spanish revival abode to the Hancock Park HPOZ Commission, as well as lead the design direction in fabrication of historically authentic reproductions. Currently underway, we will restore it to its original charm.

Restore order to the jewels of the home
In coordination with Hancock Park historic guidelines, we restored the primary leaded glass window and recreated the original gates, with a height modification for added security. A drought tolerant landscape plan will replace the original grassy lawn.
